ICONS OF CULTURE FESTIVAL: Chloe Bennet and Charles Yu
from Interior Chinatown
In 2020, Charles Yu’s novel Interior Chinatown won the National Book Award for Fiction. This November, Interior Chinatown premieres as a thrilling 10-episode limited series on Hulu, based on the book. Cast member Chloe Bennet and Yu join Tony®-winning playwright, librettist, and screenwriter David Henry Hwang for a conversation about the legacy of the novel, the making of the show, and how we reimagine what surrounds us by what’s inside us. This conversation is in partnership with Gold House.
