Employment Opportunities at PAC NYC
We are a team of passionate individuals, motivated by our core values and the common goal of creating a performing arts space where all people feel welcomed and inspired.
We employ people across all departments within the arts – producing, production, civic alliances, marketing, development, operations and administrative support. We commit to helping our people develop, both personally and professionally, and encourage everyone to bring their whole self to work.

Fellowships and Internships
PAC NYC is committed to helping to grow the next generation of artists and art administrators. We’re excited to offer fellowship and internship opportunities to help people get experience across all aspects of the performing arts.

Project Submissions
We work with artists at any stage of their careers whose projects ask urgent questions of our time. Our programming, performance spaces and organizational culture are a reflection of artists’ visions, and we’re always learning. Artists whose work can encompass joy and rigor, risk and empathy, adventure and accessibility have at home at PAC NYC, as do first-time artists of all ages. We commission, develop and produce new work as well as welcome works from around the world.
PAC NYC’s season is programmed by the Artistic Director in collaboration with the artistic staff and guest curators. While PAC NYC does not accept unsolicited submissions of plays, music or librettos, we will organize open submissions tailored for specific programs.
