Donor-Advised Funds (DAF)

Making a gift through a Donor-Advised Fund is a simple and powerful way to support PAC NYC. This method gives you an immediate tax deduction and allows you complete autonomy over how your funds are invested. Please use World Trade Center Performing Arts Center Inc. Planned Giving

PAC NYC appreciates and values the long-term support provided through financial and estate plans. Your planned gift ensures our artistic, educational, and community programs’ longevity and our capacity to expand performing art’s boundaries for future generations. From naming us in your will to creating a financially advantageous plan, there are numerous ways to make a planned gift.

  • Bequest: Including PAC NYC in your will helps us propel the theatre arts forward for future generations. This gift costs nothing during your lifetime and is exempt from federal estate tax.
  • Gifts by Retirement Asset: If you’re 70½ or older and own a traditional or Roth IRA, you can make a charitable gift, of up to $100,000, directly from your IRA to PAC NYC.
  • Life Insurance: You can name PAC NYC as a whole or partial beneficiary on an existing policy or transfer ownership on a policy you no longer need.
  • Charitable Remainder Trusts & Gift Annuities: Establish a trust or gift annuity contract with PAC NYC as the beneficiary.
  • Cash Gift: Writing a check, transferring stock, or giving online allows us to fund our current season on stage.
