Web Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement for PAC NYC

We want everyone who visits the Perelman Performing Arts Center website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

What are we doing?

Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website. In doing so, we adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines. This website aims to conform to level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Following these guidelines will help make the website more user-friendly for everyone. We built this website using code compliant with W3C standards for HTML and CSS. The site displays correctly in current browsers. The use of standards-compliant HTML and CSS code ensures future browsers will also display it correctly. Whilst PAC NYC’s website strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. However, we continuously seek solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility.

How are we doing this?

We’ve worked hard on the PAC NYC website and believe we’ve achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility. We monitor the website regularly to maintain this, but if you do find any problems, please get in touch.
