Code of Conduct

Our building and surrounding outdoor space are intended for the safe enjoyment of all

Visitor Rules of Conduct

  1. Only comfortably carried hand and shoulder bags allowed.
  2. All visitors and belongings are subject to security screening at the discretion of PAC NYC.
  3. Restaurant and Terrace areas are limited to restaurant patrons.
  4. Visitors should respect other visitors’ personal space.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sporting activities, including cycling, climbing, skateboarding, rollerblading, or roller skating
  • Use of loud amplified devices or other technology in a disruptive manner
  • Commercial activity, including tour groups, filming, photography, or audio recording, except by written permission
  • Demonstrations, rallies, soliciting, leafletting, promotion and any third-party vending, except by written permission
  • Laying down and sitting on floor or blocking access to the building
  • Expressive activity that has the effect, intent, or propensity to draw a crowd, except by written permission
  • Loitering, littering, smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances
    • Alcohol consumption prohibited in the building’s outdoor space
  • Disruptive, offensive or abusive behavior
  • Feeding wildlife
  • Any other activities prohibited by law or statue, or that pose a risk to the health and safety of others

PAC NYC reserves the right to ask any person in violation of these rules to leave the premises.
