- Guest Drop-off: If arriving by car, we offer drop-off at the PAC NYC front door on Fulton St. Access to the World Trade Center campus would be on West Broadway between Barclay and Vesey Streets. NYPD will conduct a brief vehicle inspection. Pick-up can be at the perimeter of the campus on West, Barclay or Church Streets.
